Netsuite Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from QuickBooks to Oracle NetSuite, specifically focusing on the general ledger module.
• Analyze workflows and configure Oracle NetSuite to meet system requirements.
• Customize and configure Oracle NetSuite to align with business processes, including chart of accounts, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure a smooth system implementation and adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and end-user training.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to configuration, processes, and ADBI/FBDI templates.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle NetSuite, particularly with the General Ledger (GL) module.
• Familiarity with financial processes and accounting principles, particularly general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
• Strong data mapping skills, ensuring seamless integration with minimal disruption.
• Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial software implementation for small to medium size organizations.
• Good project management skills, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
