Gloify - Java Developer - Spring Boot/Hibernate (2-4 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Java Developer with over 2 years of experience to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and deploy Java applications using best practices.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver complete solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure application reliability.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications with a focus on performance optimization.
• Write efficient queries and manage databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Design database schemas and ensure data integrity.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of the codebase.
• Collaborate with the QA team to address bugs and enhance functionality.

• Should have 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Spring MVC.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Exposure to build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
