Gloify - Head of Engineering - Generative AI (5-10 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Head of Engineering - Generative AI with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building and leading AI-focused engineering teams. This role involves strategizing, designing, and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, driving innovation, and scaling AI systems to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Define the technical vision and roadmap for Generative AI initiatives.

1. Leadership & Strategy :

- Build, mentor, and lead a team of AI engineers, researchers, and developers.

- Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams to align AI projects with organizational goals.

2. AI Development & Deployment :

- Architect and oversee the design, training, and deployment of generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion).

- Optimize and scale AI solutions for real-time applications.

- Ensure models are ethically developed, tested, and deployed.

3. Research & Innovation :

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, especially Generative AI techniques.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for innovation and differentiation.

4. Infrastructure & Tools :

- Drive the development of scalable AI pipelines and infrastructure.

- Work with cloud platforms and distributed systems to ensure efficient model training and deployment.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years in AI/ML engineering.

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and relevant AI/ML frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GANs, VAEs, or Diffusion Models.

- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI.

- Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML applications.

- Strong analytical and algorithmic thinking.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
