Gloify - Flutter Developer - Android/iOS Platform (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flutter development and a proven track record of building scalable and robust mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end development, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Flutter applications for Android and iOS.

- Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and improve development workflows.

- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for robust app performance.

- Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure optimal performance and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of professional mobile application development experience, with at least 2+ years in Flutter.

- Proficient in Dart, with a solid understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Redux).

- Strong understanding of Android and iOS ecosystems, including platform-specific design patterns.

- Experience in working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and package management.

- Expertise in translating designs into seamless user experiences.

- Hands-on experience with unit, widget, and integration testing in Flutter.

- Knowledge of React Native and native development (Kotlin/Java for Android,Swift/Objective-C for iOS).

- Experience with cloud-based services like Firebase.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
