Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager-General Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Purchase of liner & vender than tag to purchase & make the cheque.
• Knowledge of journal entries & TDS deduction on purchases as well.
• Maintaining draft invoice & chasing final tax invoice
• We check properly to make NEFT/RTGS, liners/vender bank details and properly tag respective purchase for NEFT & RTGS.
• Other vender payment we check properly respective venders ledgers than we make the cheque.
• We check properly before depositing the cheque in bank like our company name, date, Amount, in words, after that we deposit the cheque in our bank.
• We entered to cheque correctly in party account with proper bills tagging.
• First we check the vendor invoice date, than our billing address, proper GST No; proper pan no of company/vender and invoice should be passed by authorization department hands than we purchase it.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 2-7 years of experience of General Accounting with good communication skills.

2. Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel & Internet.

3. Depth knowledge of accounting software's.

4. logistics field/Freight forwarding in accounts department experienced preferable.
