Junior Engineer/Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Having experience in the installation and commissioning of similar products, this person will install the Security & Surveillance and Education Technology solution products.

2. Providing maintenance and services in the designated regions.

3. Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.

5. Providing Product Demos and technical training to the client.

6. Flexible to travel nearby locations in case of any projects requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must possess excellent technical skills
• Comfortable in traveling
• Should have own source of commuting. (preferred)
• Good Problem-solving skills
• We are looking for candidates with the base location only, but those living nearby may also apply.
