Senior Manager - Legal/Non Litigation - Wholesale Banking (4-10 yrs)

1. Handle the legal support for Treasury and Wholesale Banking business and provide guidance and advice to the relevant business verticals on corporate legal matters, support the execution of contracts and business transactions, ensuring compliance to regulatory & statutory requirements towards meeting business objectives, structuring of transactions, due diligence of project documents, corporate compliances of the Borrowers to ascertain the risks, minimizing & addressing legal risks involved.

2. Devise structures for ensuring mortgage is perfect, security is enforceable, structuring of transactions, compliance under company law and any other applicable law, compliant under the relevant state laws, in case of secured transactions, ensure water tight arrangements in terms of structuring the documentation, ensure end to end execution with client facing strategies, negotiations of the transaction documents, advising on the legal issues in the transaction from time to time.

3. Support the treasury vertical in all their borrowing including term loans from banks, public issuances of non-convertible debentures and private placement of non-convertible debentures, external commercial borrowings, cash credit facilities and working capital demand loans from banks, inter-corporate borrowings.

4. Advice the stakeholders of all the default scenarios and risks involved in borrowing.
