We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Manager - HR to join our growing team in Kochi. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other hiring partners.
Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Manage HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
HR Initiatives
Support the implementation of various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and trends
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
