Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other hiring partners.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Manage HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Support the implementation of various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and trends
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience working in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
