Job Description

  • We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager with a high-level knowledge in IT Solutions such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Applications and ERP, Cloud and Cyber Security solutions
  • The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets specifically in the focused Industry such as Defence, Public Sector & Telecommunications
  • As a key contributor, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate the value of our Cybersecurity Solutions and Products
  • You will also play a role as Key Account Manager for Strategic Accounts to establish and nurture client relationships and closely work with Globals R&D and Engineering Teams to meet client\u2019s success and understand client and market requirements continuously

Requirements

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, spanning across Defence, Aerospace, Public Sector and Telecom Industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic Sales Plans to expand our customer base and markets within South Asia and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa)
  • Oversee Globals expansion plans in Dubai which is planned to be Globals hub for Middle East and African region
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences and trade shows to promote the services and network with potential clients and partners.
  • Keep yourself abreast on Cyber Threats, Cybersecurity Products and get trained on techno-functional aspects of cybersecurity.
  • Should update potential leads, targets and key activities on the internal CRM System.
  • Closely work with CEO and Leadership Team at Globals to setup regional teams within India, Middle East and Europe
  • Strong understanding of IT Solutions especially Cybersecurity, AI and Cloud Applications
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment will be an added advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, with specialization in Marketing or IT is preferred.
