This position is for Manager in GLOBALFOUNDRIES India center at Bangalore, supporting 300/ 200 mm wafer fabs. This position is for a skilled Automation and Analytics Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing processes and leveraging data insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers and data analysts to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for automation and analytics that align with the company s business goals.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of automation and analytics projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and data analytics, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to identify and prioritize automation and analytics initiatives.
Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in automation and analytics, and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the team s work.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of automation and analytics initiatives.
Budget Management: Manage the budget for the automation and analytics team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of automation and analytics projects.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 12+ years of experience.
Proven experience in managing automation and analytics teams.
Strong understanding of automation technologies, data analytics, and machine learning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with data governance and compliance.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
