Job Title: Python Development Manager

Job Summary: As a Python Development Manager, you will lead a team of Python developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for managing the software development life cycle, ensuring the team's productivity, and collaborating with other departments to achieve project goals. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Python development, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:-

1. Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Python developers.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
2. Project Management:
• Oversee the execution, and delivery of Python-based projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging Python technologies.
• Review code to ensure it meets quality standards.
4. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements.
5. Resource Management:
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
• Identify and address skill gaps within the team.
6. Process Improvement:
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:-

1. Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience:
• Proven experience as a Python developer.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
3. Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
