Job Description

Must be empathic to listen to the concerns of the beneficiaries & be able to provide solutions/ advise to them.

Reaching out to the trained population of students/ ladies etc., understanding their major concerns at job or finding a job and counselling them for a better working conditions or the ways to find jobs. Making testimonials and strategies to do the mentoring of the beneficiaries.

Reaching out to the beneficiaries every quarter Being empathetic and able to listen and make conversations, advise the beneficiaries Co-ordinate with teams to get data and update in the master data

Maintaining & tracking data sheets, records and recording for all the mentoring activities, calls.

Tele calling experience will also work.

Good communication

Can dial 100 calls per day
