Job Description
- Managing, supporting and administrating MicroFocus Performance Center LoadRunner Enterprise LoadRunner
- Support LoadRunner Enterprise infrastructure and execution lab
- Collaborate with teams and resolve technical issues
- Support tool upgrades and updates
- Suggest process harmonization and process improvement by using appropriate tools implementation
- Provide support activities for the queries, issues for supported tools
- Provide support activities for the access and installation of supported tools
- Provide support activities for configuring and customizing existing tool infrastructure
- Managing, configuring test machines and supporting request related to lab equipment
- Provide improvement suggestions
- Maintain existing tool infrastructure
- Connect with the respective teams to resolve the technical issues raised
- Maintain organization level communication on tool status
- Report on status and progress of tool support activities and tool team
