Technical Subject Expert

-Looking for strong experienced technical Accessibility Subject Matter Expert!

-The successful candidate will be well versed in web technologies (such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript) as well as an expert in Accessibility.

-The role will involve working closely with many teams simultaneously, and ensuring the best output from each team.

Key Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript Excellent knowledge and understanding of WCAG 2.0 guidelines

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of WAI-ARIA

Excellent knowledge and understanding of Mac OS X VoiceOver

- First-hand experience in testing with assistive technologies (more specifically screen readers such as VoiceOver, JAWS and NVDA)

- Familiarity with accessibility features on mobile devices

- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as waterfall and agile

Past engineering experience

Mandatory skills*

At least 5-8 years strong experience on HTML, CSS and Javascript, WAI-ARIA, Mac OS X VoiceOver
