Job Description

Designation: Dynamic CRM 365 Team Lead Role & Responsibilities:

Define, implement & support D365 CRM initiatives.

Define workflows & functional requirements to develop & integrate multiple technologies within D365 Ecosystem.

Responsible for overall functioning of existing implementation as well as continuous improvement for all user groups, define application architecture, reports, dashboards, data mapping & other integration requirements.

Develop practical solutions & methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc. as related to D365 CE\CRM.

Development of Complex Modules and review code to ensure requirement coverage & adherence to best practices.

Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM & sales, Finance operations.

Required Skills:

A minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle CRM projects.

7+ years of technical experience on the Microsoft D365 CE\CRM platform

Ability to develop D365 customizations (Workflow, Plugins or Power Automate) and to develop and execute data migrations.

Good understanding of D365 CRM application (Finance, Sales, Service, Marketing) Capabilities and constraints

Strong understanding of D365 Data verse and Development & Platform Best Practices

Strong hands-on coding skills with Microsoft Visual Studio & CRM SDK

Experience working with GIT version control (Github/Bitbucket/Gitlabs)

Experience with Web services, Callouts, SOAP API, REST API

Experience in .NET / Java

Education and Desired Certification:

Must possess at least a bachelor's or its equivalent in CS, Information Systems, or a related field and at least 8 years of prior work exp. in D365 CE\CRM.
