Work Location – Bangalore, Mysore Budget -Max -33 Lakhs  Technical Program manager – Client  "Should have done hands-on software development with C/C++ as part of a team, good to have in embedded productShould have been in managerial role for minimum 3 years recent pastCandidate should have strong project management experience with large and complex projects.Should have a broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies, Agile is must.Strong knowledge and experience in budgeting, resource planning, cost tracking and reporting.Should have designed/defined team reporting structure, defined KRA/ objectivesShould have experience in conducting appraisals of reporting team memebersShould have experience in muti geography, cross functional team management.Should have experience in bid response writing, presenting and justifying estimations.Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with wide range of professionals (Engineers, sales, business leaders etc) Certification from professional institutions is a plus (E.g. PgMP)"
