Project Manager

8 + years' experience in Leading the projects from requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, project implementation plans and risk mitigation

Hands on experience with scheduling, resource planning, work load balancing, dependencies identification and status reporting to all stakeholders

Metrics oriented, able to define and measure team member/ project performance and seek support from HR/ delivery manager as required.

Very good communication skills, should have experience in dierctly interfacing with USA/Europe/Japan stakeholders. Discipled in running operations, taking team along the journey.

Good negotiator, able to resolve conflicts within team.

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed Escalate issues as necessary based on project work plans Participate in department initiatives E.g. Tools/ solution creation and drive teams for additional value creation Ensure completion of project documentation Deliver the project on time and complete operational monitoring until invoicing
