Job Description
- Develop tooling strategies by assessing and proposing platform tooling options
- Develop and promote best practices for key tools and platforms
- Manage development stream of work undertaken in a RAD environment
- Foster a continual improvement ethos
- Track and communicate status, risks and issues, and play a key role in remediation efforts
- Contribute to Global Treasury Innovation forums
Business Analyst, liquidity Credit risk Treasury area.
Desired skills
- Knowledge of overall financial services industry with specific functional experience in Treasury key business capabilities (Capital Management, Liquidity, banking book interest rate risk metrics, Interest rate risk management including hedge execution)
- Familiarity IT Systems in banking landscape, including reference data sources, product booking/customer and reporting systems
- Experience of Project management including requirements gathering and traceability, analysis, delivery. Ability to define and execute a roadmap and bring people together towards common objective
- Exposure in working under Agile methodology and associated tooling
- Technical knowledge of Python, covering development aspects and development frameworks including source control management
- Technical knowledge of interrogation and analysis of data files and database systems (on cloud and on premise) Exposure to Google Cloud, ETL and Business Intelligence tooling such as Tableau, Qlik Sense will be added advantage
- Design expertise with ability to create elegant solutions to difficult problems
- Prior experience working within HClient is desirable.
