• Create a supportive environment: Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children 
• Develop lesson plans: Plan and prepare lessons, activities, breaks, and meals 
• Support children's development: Help children reach developmental milestones, and guide their social, emotional, and physical development 
• Assess and support children: Track children's progress and report to parents 
• Collaborate with others: Work with parents, caregivers, and other staff to implement lesson plans and support children 
• Plan field trips: Select age-appropriate activities, coordinate with venues, and ensure transportation logistics
