Job Title: AR Caller (Fresher) - International Voice Process RCM End-to-End Process

Location: Vadodara( Gujarat)

Job Type: Night Shift

Graduation : Any Graduation ( COMPULSORY)

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic AR Caller (Fresher) to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, ensuring timely follow-up, and resolving issues to ensure smooth and efficient reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies and healthcare providers to follow up on unpaid claims.
• Review patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely payment.
• Monitor claim status, escalate unresolved issues, and work with the internal team for resolution.

Qualifications:

• Fresher candidates with a completion of Graduation ( Mandatory)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
