Job Description
(1) Track and analyze key maintenance parameters such as maintenance cost, PM compliance, MTTR/MTBF & make recommendation for improving plant maintenance related activities.
(2) Track preventive action plan, break down control, RCA & CAPA.
(3) Organizing procurement and vendor development.
(4) Handling FSSAI and SEDEX audit.
(5) Leading the maintenance team and train them to enhance their capabilities.
(6) Leading Mechanical and Electrical maintenance activities.
(7) Taking care of Utility maintenance
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have proved track record in plant & utility maintenance in Food Processing Industry. Hands on experience in VAM, Boiler, IQF, Refrigeration plant, AHU, HVAC. WTP, ETP, STP, PLC, VFD. maintenance of 33 KVA transformer,
