Vendor Returns Management

Job Title: Associate | Vendor Returns Management.

Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with warehouses across multiple locations and consolidate data for QC-failed products.
2. Manage the return of QC-failed or damaged products to vendor factories for rework.
3. Prepare documentation for returns, consolidate data, and manage rework costing.
4. Expertise in reverse shipping processes, including invoicing, debit notes, and credit notes, and coordinate with the finance team for consolidation and closure.
5. Oversee logistics operations and ensure compliance with local transportation norms.
6. Conduct QC checks for reworked products and arrange shipments to central warehousing for further processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree in any field.
• Candidates must have prior experience managing vendor returns in the ecommerce or retail sector.
