Role & responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products within the assigned area, local, state, National and International area through self and various distributors channels.
2. Identify and prioritize key target markets, healthcare professionals, and distribution channels to effectively reach potential customers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, pharmacies, hospitals, and other stakeholders to drive product adoption and sales growth.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and incorporate insights into marketing and sales strategies.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
6. Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and educational programs to raise awareness and enhance product knowledge among target audiences.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market dynamics, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
8. Provide timely reports, forecasts, and insights to management regarding sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
9. Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and expand business opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, pharmacy, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 or more years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and product development processes.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
5. Strategic thinker with analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
6. Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
