• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to stay informed about their career goals and aspirations.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
