Role: Refinery Plant Design& Detailing Engineer- Mechanical (Oil &Gas),

Candidate should be a Goal oriented person and will be able to work in Teams

Knowledge about Brownfield projects and design of Tanks, Vessels, Heat exchangers along with design calculations, selection of heaters for refinery plants, design of smoke and dust ducts, Bag filters, Cyclone separators, Silos, Stacks and Hoppers.
COMPETENCIES:

Experience in Preliminary feasibility studies and reporting.
Pre-Bid Man-hour Estimation & Specification
Preparation of MDS (Mechanical Data Sheets)
Evaluation of Vendors offers, Technical Queries, Technical Bid Evaluation & Technical recommendation of vendors.
Design and Detail engineering (3D and 2D drawings) of Mechanical equipments, along with material schedules preparation.
Checking of drawings covering all aspects as per national & international codes, with respect code and client specification to meet the end user/client. API-650, EUROCODES, ASME Sec VIII Div I etc.
Conversant with Quality standard requirements.
Providing input to Designers/Draftsman,
Knowledge about Electrical and Instrumentation drawing interpretation and extracting BOM
Work experience in other countries is an added advantage
Project management and Delivery management is a plus
SOFTWARE/SKILLS

AutoCAD

MS Excel/Word

MS Vision,

PDS or any other related 3D software
QUALIFICATION

B.E degree in Mechanical / Plant Engineering.

Individual should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience of relevant experience.

Fluent with Communication and should be able independently collaborate with Customer.
SOFT SKILLS:

Demonstrated capability of working in a matrixed global organization
Experience in interfacing with customers.
Clear written and oral communications.
Willingness to Learn quickly and adopt the given responsibilities.
