Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize multi-step synthesis routes for API molecules using various chemical techniques.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Responsible for the scientific content of projects, including daily guidance of the R&D team and production support in case of nonconformities
• Responsible for all communication of scientific data to the customer (e.g., written updates, telecons, reports).
• Ensures that the required documentation (R&D reports, production reports, batch records, deviations, change control, etc.) is generated and reviewed, according to planning.
• Good knowledge About process research, ROS, synthetic chemistry
• To assist in literature, search for experimentation, and finding suitable reagents, and methods
• Maintaining lab records, and preparing proper as per GLP documentation.
