Job Description

We are looking for a driven Social Media Assistant to drive traffic, create communities and build an outgoing brand. Ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Develop online communities for various B2C solutions on platforms such as slack, discord, whatsapp, etc.

Required Skills:

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
Has a startup mindset or understand how startups operate.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Fluency in English both spoken and written.
