Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BPO Telesales Executive with 3 years of experience in US sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers in the US market to promote and sell products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to maximize sales effectiveness.
