Sr. Manager / Manager - Security Guarding Operations

Role & r1. Head of Security Services - Operations, Administration & Deliverance

2. Ensure Unit wise manpower to 100% fulfillment of Guards, Lady Guards, Supervisors & Security Officers etc etc..

3. Administer and lead the Operations Staff viz: Field Officers, Asst. Managers & Operations Manager etc etc..

4. Liaise with clientele and build relationship for smooth operations and deliverance at all Client's/Unit's/Assignments

5. Regular visits at clients for surprise visits and take feedback from all clients on services and thereby resolve the issues if any concerns / escalations

6. Take day and night reports from all Operations Team and ensure SOP and SLA deliverance as per agreements

7. Conduct weekly meeting for upbringing the services on overall aspects

8. Daily reporting to BM, VP & MD, and execute any other tasks as assigned timely.
