Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, culture, and business success. You will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team and will be supporting our business and management team by overseeing all HR functions. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and attracting and retaining top talent within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Develop effective recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions while promoting open communication.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, monitor employee performance, and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and industry standards.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable rewards for employees
  • HR Analytics: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions and Develop reports on key HR metrics and recommend improvements.

  • Training and Development: Implement a comprehensive training plan resulting in a 10% increase in employee skill proficiency.
