Job Title: Sapio LIMS Consultant

Location: India (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: UK Shift (1:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sapio LIMS Consultant with expertise in Administration, Customization, and System Analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Sapio LIMS platform to meet business and regulatory requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of laboratory workflows, system integrations, and customization capabilities within the Sapio LIMS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage user access, security settings, system configurations, and overall maintenance of the Sapio LIMS platform.
• Customization & Configuration: Develop and modify workflows, dashboards, and reports to align with organizational needs.
• System Analysis & Optimization: Assess current system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and usability.
• Integration & Data Management: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Sapio LIMS with other enterprise systems (ERP, ELN, MES, etc.).
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, issue resolution, and user training for end-users.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (FDA, GxP, ISO) and maintain system documentation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with scientists, lab managers, and IT teams to align LIMS functionalities with laboratory needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Sapio LIMS or other LIMS platforms.
• Strong expertise in LIMS administration, customization, and system analysis.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, or similar programming languages for scripting and automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and database management.
• Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications;

• Experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, clinical labs, or related industries.
• Knowledge of cloud-based LIMS solutions.
• Certification in LIMS administration or relevant IT frameworks.
