ERP Implementation and Deployment

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end release process for Education ERP projects, ensuring
  smooth and timely deployment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for build and test activities across multiple teams to align with
  project timelines.
• Provide management reports on release progress
• Develop and implement release policies, strategies, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and improve release processes, work instructions and release notes
• Coordinate release package design, scripting, build and configuration
• Ensure proper validation and acceptance of releases, including business sign-off.
• Validate releases for implementation while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Facilitate communication, training, and preparation activities for successful releases.
• Maintain comprehensive release documentation for future reference and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues during the deployment
  process.

• Experience managing and coordinating remote release teams.
