Job Description
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver unique designs
- Edit photos (Resize crop) using Photoshop
- Organize photos in the desired format layout
- Follow instructions and get work reviewed at frequent intervals
- Create internal branding collaterals as and when required
- Maintain brand identity in every creative
- Designing layout templates for banners, posters all marketing collaterals
- Creating unique and lively artwork on time with the best quality
- Attention to detailing is a must/pixel-perfect designing
- Communicate, translate, and implement ideas into creative designs
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size,
type style and submitting them for approval
- Open for refinement of designs on the received feedback
- Maintain version control of designs in case of multiple versions
- Creating webpages or UI elements like buttons, icons, and infographics
for the company website
- Creating icons or design elements for different presentation slides
Educational Qualification Experience
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)/ BSc. Visual Design, or equivalent degree
with Media/Communication/ Engineering background will be plus
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong design portfolio
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Premier Pro
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proactive and self-motivated, willing to improve continuously
- Team player and an individual contributor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferably in English
or Hindi
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage the spike in workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical
writing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of UI trends, user psychology, fonts, color theory
- Experience in creating high-quality JPEGs/PNGs/SVGs
- Work experience in logo design, brochures, one-pager, and other
marketing collaterals
- Effective time management skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain ideas to
colleagues.
- Additional Preferable Skills
- Proven UI/UX skills with relevant experience
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process
flows and site maps is an added advantage
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum working process
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness
to complex design roadblocks
- Work experience in Figma or similar software is an added advantage
