Specialist, Site Merchandising

Partner with Sr. Manager Site merchandising, to execute the enterprise digital content strategy. Lead the lead the weekly content planning process for a business unit. This includes intake for content and messaging needs across business units and other stakeholder groups, incorporating personalization tactics, and educating stakeholders as new tactics and components become available.

Partner with team that create traffic-drivers to ensure the landing experience delivers the intended result. Execute and refine robust QA process that ensures clean refreshes. Operate in a measure, analyze, and adjust mindset to ensure that each content refresh buildings on learnings from the last. Collaborate across CRM, Product, and UX to advocate for new site/app capabilities.
