The Role:

- You will lead a team of talented recruiters, overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, from client interaction and talent mapping to ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that leverage our cutting-edge sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of recruiters focused on the US market (IT and Non-IT)
- Develop and implement successful recruitment strategies aligned with GEx Search's methodology
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from client interaction and requirement gathering to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement
- Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify top talent pools in the US
- Maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and exceeding expectations
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering their professional development
- Analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with all relevant regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US staffing, with a proven track record of success in both IT and non-IT recruitment
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of the US recruitment landscape and talent markets for IT and Executive positions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
