HR dept was the worst! Did not solve any problems of employees, infact used to do Politics, turning employees against each other and the leaders too. But now they fired them after receiving multiple complaints from employees and since then the overall vibe has become 10X better as all problems are directly addressed and answered without any bureaucracy.
