Software Development Engineer - Test - II (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Web and API automation using Cypress and Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.

- Implement and enhance test suites using Selenium and RestAssured with Java.

- Build and execute automated mobile tests using Appium for iOS and Android platforms.

- Conduct database testing using SQL & NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Design and develop robust automation frameworks from scratch, ensuring modularity, reusability, and scalability across teams.

- Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing and deployment.

- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability and quality.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring best practices in test automation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment from requirement analysis to deployment.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years in test automation with hands-on expertise in Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, and Appium.

- Frameworks : Proven experience in designing and implementing custom test automation frameworks.

- Languages : Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript and Java.

- Mobile Automation : Hands-on experience with Appium for iOS and Android test automation.

- API Testing : Expertise in API testing using tools like RestAssured.

- Databases : Experience in working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for database testing and validation.

- CI/CD : Proficiency in Jenkins and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
