- Advanced knowledge of at least two BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Experience using tools like Hive, Spark, Hadoop, or Presto in at least three projects.
- Led team of 8-10 individuals with track record of influential and inspirational leadership
- Proven ability to deliver dashboard and report implementation across multiple industries.
- Strong articulation of BI and data visualization concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage team communications, roles, functions, and feedback effectively.
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams with a proven leadership track record.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate.
- Experience in financial services or other data-intensive industries is a plus.
