Job Description
- Develop testing strategy, plans, estimates, and schedule, to support projects and product releases.
- Develop and provide training programs for the team on quality assurance principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with multiple development teams to ensure coordination of testing efforts to test plans.
- Develop templates, tools, metrics, best practices for products to meet business requirements.
- Lead functional and user acceptance test cycles.
- Evaluate and/or implement tools needed for test automation and performance testing.
- Participate in reviews to ensure quality in the product - requirements, design, status, code.
- Provide documentation for release readiness of products or product features.
