Technical Knowledge
Understanding of IT Roles: Good understanding of various roles within the IT field, including software development, Data Base, and more. Familiarity with the technical jargon and the responsibilities of each role, which is essential for identifying the right candidates.
Knowledge of Technologies and Tools: Being aware of popular programming languages, tools, software, and technologies used in the industry (like Java, Angular, MSSQL, Flutter, DevOps tools, etc ).
Understanding of Job Market Trends: Being informed about the latest trends in technology to find right candidates with skills in high-demand areas.

Sourcing and Screening
Talent Sourcing: Proactively search for and identify top candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and specialized recruitment platforms.
Resume Screening: Proficiency in reviewing resumes to match technical skills with job requirements.
Screening Candidates:Ability to conduct phone and video interviews to assess both technical and cultural fit.

Relationship Building
Networking: Building and maintaining a network of talented IT professionals.
Relationship Management: Ability to build strong relationships with Department managers and understand the specific needs.
Candidate Experience: Creating a positive experience for candidates, ensuring that they feel respected and valued throughout the hiring process.

Communication Skills
Clear Communication: should pocess ability to explain job roles, expectations, and company culture clearly to candidates, and to articulate the technical requirements in an easy-to-understand manner.
Active Listening: Understanding the needs of both candidates and hiring managers through active listening helps create better matches.

Organizational and Time Management Skills
Managing Multiple Openings: Need to manage multiple job openings at the same time, so strong organizational and time management skills are crucial.
Database Management: Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track interactions, and ensure all information is up-to-date.
Learning and Improvement: Should stay updated on new tools, technologies, and recruitment techniques to remain competitive.
