Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BI Reporting Lead with a strong background in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and EBS technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess deep techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion and R12 EBS implementations, with a focus on Financial and Procurement modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage Oracle BI reporting solutions using BIP and OAC.

- Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions within Oracle Cloud Fusion/R12 EBS ecosystems.

- Configure Oracle Fusion/EBS systems, ensuring optimal alignment with business workflows and security protocols.

- Provide technical leadership in Financial and Procurement module implementations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the seamless functioning of reporting systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality and performance benchmarks.

- Mentor team members and foster innovation in reporting and analytics practices.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Strong expertise in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and EBS technical configurations.

- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for database management and report development.

- 10-12 years of techno-functional experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion/R12 EBS.

- Comprehensive understanding of Financial and Procurement modules.

- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion/EBS configuration, including business process flows and native security.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and innovatively.
