Genzeon - Senior Full Stack Developer - C#/React.js/AngularJS (7-9 yrs)

Job Location : Pune, Hyderabad (Hybrid).

Job Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in ASP.Net MVC, C#, Web API development, and a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks like Knockout.
js, Telerik & Kendo UI, and cloud technologies, specifically Azure SQL Managed Instance.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience building scalable, high-performance applications and troubleshooting complex issues.

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

You will be responsible for building and optimizing web applications, implementing new features, and ensuring code quality through rigorous testing and debugging.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ASP.NET MVC applications using C# and Web API.

- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications leveraging Javascript frameworks like (for example Telerik & Kendo UI) for rich, interactive user interfaces.

- Design and build back end components that can integrate with Azure SQL Managed instances.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting :

- Apply advanced programming techniques to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues across different layers of the application stack.

- Optimize application performance, ensuring efficient use of resources and reducing bottlenecks.

- Identify and resolve critical production issues promptly to ensure high availability and reliability.

Collaboration & Mentorship :

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other Developers to ensure business requirements are met and solutions are implemented effectively.

- Mentor junior developers and assist in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Ensure the codebase is well-tested with automated unit and integration tests.

- Work with QA teams to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements.

Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in ASP.Net MVC and C#.

- Strong experience with Web API development for building RESTful services.

- Proven track record of working with Javascript frameworks (Telerik & Kendo UI experience highly preferred) for building modern UI components.

- Extensive experience with Knockout.js or similar JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.

- Hands-on experience on consuming and integrating with Azure SQL Managed Instance.

Technical Skills :

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Proficiency in working with SQL Server and related technologies, including Azure SQL.

- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues in a multi-tier application environment.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development practices.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and address complex issues.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for build, release, and CI/CD processes.

- Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies.

- Knowledge of front-end development tools like Webpack, NPM, or Babel.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
