Customer Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our doorstep waste collection services to local factories, industries, and businesses. You will identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate our service's value to drive sales. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in field sales and has experience engaging with B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit factories, industries, and business establishments across Delhi to promote our waste collection services.
• Generate and qualify leads by identifying potential clients needing efficient waste management solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of our doorstep collection service to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of services for acquired clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the waste management, logistics, or service industries.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, with a proven track record of building and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel to meet clients.
• Proficiency in using basic sales tracking tools (CRM experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in speaking English
