Deputy Manager/Manager - Quality (Solar EPC)

Role & responsibilities

1. Managing the required processes & actions to ensure the execution is done in line with norms & specs
2. Review, support for closure of issues reported/NCRs & coordinate with senior leaders for long pending issues
3. Providing the technical guidance to the team with respect to product or process deviations reported
4. Organizing Refreshers training programs/TBT/First off for execution team & Sub contractors on new processes
5. Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Management system.
6. Co-ordination with all stake holders to compile the Lessons Learnt from all execution sites
7. Releasing Quality Alerts on Major or repetitive deviation reported from site
8. Timely escalation of the pending issues & ensuring timely support& closure
9. Coordination with the suppliers/SCM team for the product deviations & required support
10. Co-ordination with project team & Quality head on project plan, SOPs, project
11. progress & Deployment schedule.
12. Preparation of Weekly MIS & NCR Statistics.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in which Solar experience of at least 5 years.
2. B.tech Degree in Electrical Stream.
3. Knowledge of all IS/IEC Standards of Supply & Field Quality.
