Job Title City Head (Mumbai)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven City Operations Lead to take full ownership of business and experience delivery for our city operations. This role involves managing and scaling both demand and supply generation, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving strategic P&L targets. You will be responsible for hiring and leading a strong city team, driving customer acquisition and supply growth, and implementing effective strategies to support the city's launch and long-term growth. This position requires a data-driven decision maker with a strong leadership presence who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments.

Roles and responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end ownership of Business and Experience delivery for the city
• Hire and manage the entire city team for demand and supply generation
• Meet strategic goals and P&L targets by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees, and working with other key stakeholders.
• Drive customer and supply acquisition and revenue growth in the city by implementing effective strategies.
• Develop the GTM strategy for launch and growth of the city
• Set performance targets for the city and regularly monitor key metrics to assess progress

Qualifications/ skills required

• Relevant experience in logistics industry with minimum 5 years of experience
• Understanding of market nuances, geography of the city, supply constraints
• Data driven decision making
• Leadership - Strong connect with frontline staff, ability to motivate and inspire the team to deliver
• Being hands on - Travel, Comfort to spend considerable time on ground 
• High ownership, accountability and bias for action a must
• Strong customer engagement skills and focus on enhancing customer experience
• Should have experience towards managing a large team with exceptional team leadership capabilities with a focus on employee development
