Supply Acquisition Executive

Overview: As a Supply Acquisition Executive at Wayo, you will be instrumental in expanding our network of driver partners and ensuring operational excellence across our logistics and delivery services. You will spearhead efforts to onboard new partners and maintain high service standards to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to attract and onboard new service providers (drivers, fleet owners, etc.).
• Identify target markets and segments for Wayos logistics and delivery services based on inputs from the demand generation team.
• Utilize market research and industry insights to refine acquisition strategies.
• Actively recruit and onboard new partners through various channels (online platforms, industry associations, direct outreach, etc.).
• Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary training to ensure partners understand Wayo’s operational processes and service expectations.
• Manage the onboarding process efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize fleet capacity.
• Oversee day to day operations and team.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with a proven track record in partner acquisition and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.
• Team handling experience.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing supply chain activities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and meeting customer needs.
• Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methods.
