The IT Business Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Analytics and Reporting Team responsible for the business requirements gathering, business process documentation, and coordination of technical projects related to the organization s analytics and ERP initiatives. This role works with all levels of the business including business partners, technology teams, and key external vendors.
Position Responsibilities
Manage Corporate Integration & Analytics Team s projects through their lifecycle in accordance with Agile Methodologies.
Track the progress of product development by way of JIRA and define capability roadmaps to ensure business needs & objectives are accounted/aligned. Work with business/technical stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and assess capabilities against competing priorities. Work with Analysts and Engineers to test and perform post-production validation, act as liaison between business units and IT, and communicate system and process changes to the business areas. Work with Analysts and Engineers to develop and update technical documentation.
Education : B.S. or M.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business-related field, or relevant experience.
Experience :
3-5 years of experience in a technical project management or IT business analyst role. 3-5 years working with Project Management software such as JIRA, MS Project, or Asana. Proficient in the use of Visio and Excel or other similar technologies. 3-5 years of experience writing technical documentation.

Certifications in Business Analysis, Supply Chain Professional or Project Management (PMP certification). Prior experience in the healthcare industry, specifically Clinical Research. Prior experience with Enterprise Systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, ADP, Insperity, Nexonia, Zoho, Medidata, Medrio, Microsoft Azure, etc. Understanding of clinical systems and related data. Understanding of ERP systems and related data.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of system and application architecture Experience with business process development and gap analysis, and business process mapping efforts.
