Junior Trainer

Role & responsibilities

Training and Delivery:

• Conduct training sessions in colleges and institutions, focusing on aptitude, verbal, and soft skills development.
• Facilitate interactive and engaging training programs tailored to the needs of the audience.
• Travel to different colleges to deliver on-site training programs.

Content Development:

• Create and update training content, modules, and presentations.
• Design questionnaires, assessments, and other learning materials to evaluate trainees progress.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure high-quality content delivery.

In-House Responsibilities:

• Support the team in developing innovative learning strategies and approaches.
• Assist in planning and coordinating training schedules and logistics.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, feedback, and improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Education Qualification:

• For Aptitude Trainer Role: MSc in Math or any related field.
• For Verbal & Soft Skills Trainer Role: MA in English or related fields.
• For Technical Trainer Role: MTech or related fields.

Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of learners.
• Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and training centers.
• Basic proficiency in creating and delivering presentations.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards learning and professional development.
