Process Associate

Responsibilities

•    Executing pre-defined tasks with minimum supervision  •    Execute daily disbursement activities in accordance with established procedures and regulatory guidelines. •    Review and validate transaction requests to ensure completeness and accuracy. •    Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve any transaction-related issues. •    Maintain records of disbursements and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes. •    Monitor and report on disbursement activities to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) •    Continuously identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills •    Bachelor’s degree in Finance (B.Com.), Business Administration, or a related field. •    Prior experience in funds disbursement or banking operations. •    Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate  

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills •    Prior experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry  •    Solid understanding of financial transactions and banking products. •    Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. •    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
