Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Cloud PM

In this role, you will be responsible for oversee and manage the successful delivery of cloud projects. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and document project requirements and resources needed.
Lead and manage the execution of cloud projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and operations.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and deliverables are completed to specifications.
Conduct regular project reviews and audits.
Implement and maintain project documentation and records.
Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and equipment.
Ensure resource availability and optimize resource utilization.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes.
Ensure all changes are documented and approved by stakeholders.
Communicate changes and their impacts to project teams and stakeholders.
Conduct project closure activities, including final project reviews and documentation.
Ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders.
Capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud project management.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
Participate in training and certification programs to enhance project management skills.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Experience in project management, with a managing cloud projects.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud services.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster.
Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
